We hired Caryl for a baby shower for about 50 people. She was excellent at communicating and was so responsive during booking. Her prices are also super competitive.
She's also a fantastic presence. I love a bartender who knows how to interact well with guests in all settings. She's such a professional, arriving on time and accommodating our special requests.
Definitely going to book her for future events!

AMAZING!! We hired Caryl for our post-wedding recovery party this weekend and she was just beyond every expectation! Her communication leading up to the event was excellent.. she went above and beyond our needs. Her bar is just amazing and the drinks were all delicious! She worked with us to create signature cocktails and even made a beautiful, printed out menu. Together with Juan,
they kept all of our guests enjoying delicious cocktails all night! They were friendly and engaging. There set-up & clean-up were efficient and flawless!

Caryl is literally a lifesaver!!! We were planning our wedding and there are so many moving parts, once I got ahold of Caryl she not only handled the bar with an amazing staff, she had a whole crew to help us set up , serve, amongst many other things. They are amazing! Had a positive attitude the entire time and just literally made such a stressful time so much easier. I honestly don't even know where to start with just how fabulous Caryl's Mobile Bar service is.
The Bar company I had booked canceled on me 3 weeks out and I was getting on a plane the next morning. Being an event planner i sent out an SOS and by the time I landed at my destination I had a message from Caryl.
First check box for me is that it was woman owned. They worked with me on meeting all my requirements and I was ready for a contract.
Product:
Many of my guests for my event were in recovery and I wanted to make sure they didn't feel left out. The mocktails this company produced was absolutely without question amazing in taste and quality. All of their mixes are made in-house and the quality was unmatched all the cocktails were just as amazing as the mocktails.
Custom Service:
The care the lady bartenders took care of my guests was nothing short of 5 start. Their knowledge of the ingredients and how they interacted with the guests was truly Ritz-Carlton service.
I Highly recommend this company if you're looking for something other than your everyday event Bar.
I so looking forward to working with them again on other events.

I hired Caryl's Mobile Bar for my dad's 70th birthday party and they were AMAZING. Caryl was very communicative, answering any questions I had, throughout the whole booking process and leading up to the day of the event. We incorporated an activation at our event where we had AI generate cocktail recipes based on prompts. Guests then gave the output/recipe to the mixologists (Caryl and team) to make the drink. Often, we didn't have all of the ingredients to the cocktails based on the recipe, so Caryl and team improvised and provided their expertise while still accommodating what the guest wanted. It was a fun mix of tech and human experience.
Caryl and her staff were all knowledgeable, friendly and great to interact with. Drinks were delicious, aesthetically pleasing and creative.
