Depending on your package, you don't have to worry about supplies or equipment. We come fully prepared with everything needed to serve your guests, including bar tools, glassware, and all ingredients for your selected cocktails.

What happens if my event is outdoors and there's bad weather?

We are adaptable and can set up in various environments, including indoors if needed. In case of bad weather, we recommend having a backup plan or tented area where we can operate safely and comfortably.

Can Caryl's Mobile Bar accommodate large events?

Yes, we can cater to events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Our team is scalable to meet the needs of your event, ensuring every guest enjoys top-quality service.

Can the cocktail menu be customized for my event?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on creating personalized cocktail menus that align with your event's theme, preferences, and any specific requests you might have. Our team will work with you to ensure the menu perfectly complements your celebration.

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount is typically 50% of the total service cost, with the balance due on the day of the event.

How do you handle alcohol licensing and insurance?

We are fully licensed and insured to serve alcohol at events. Our team provides all legal requirements, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. *Please note we are licensed to serve alcohol and not to sell alcohol, we do not hold an ABC license to sell.

How far in advance should I book for my event?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak seasons. A minimum of 4 weeks in advance is ideal, but don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon—we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What areas do you serve?

Caryl's Mobile Bar is available for events within a 20 miles radius of the SF Bay Area. For events outside this area, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Yes, we offer a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, sodas, and juices. We're committed to providing an inclusive drinking experience that caters to all guests.
