We know thoughtful planning is essential when selecting your event partners. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about our wedding, corporate, and private event bar services.

What types of events do you serve?

We specialize in professionally managed bar service for weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations throughout the Bay Area. Private events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and showers are also supported under our Private Celebrations category. This allows us to dedicate appropriate staffing, planning resources, and execution quality for every event type.

How many bartenders will be staffed?

Staffing is determined by guest count and service scope. Our wedding and corporate packages include one Lead Bartender for up to 50 guests. Additional bartenders are added per 50 guests to maintain service efficiency, quality, and timeline flow.

How do your packages differ?

• Wedding Experiences: 4-hour minimum with structured staffing and timeline integration. • Corporate Experiences: 2–3 hour service optimized for efficiency and brand alignment. • Private Celebrations: Tailored service for smaller milestone gatherings. Each tier is built to match planning complexity, staffing needs, and guest expectations.

Our wedding and corporate experiences include: • Pre-event consultation & menu planning • Guest count–based beverage quantity guidance • Lead bartender/service captain + certified team • Customized menu display • Ice & non-alcoholic beverage station • Full setup, service, and breakdown • General & liquor liability coverage

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All service staff are RBS certified and fully insured. We carry general liability and liquor liability coverage, and we are happy to provide certificates of insurance for venues and planners upon request. This is one of the primary reasons planners and venues recommend our service.

Do you provide glassware?

We do not typically provide glassware unless specifically arranged in your custom proposal. Many venues and planners coordinate glassware rentals through their preferred vendors. If you’d like us to include glassware or specialty service pieces, we’re happy to discuss this as an add-on.

Do you provide alcohol?

To comply with California ABC regulations, clients must provide the alcoholic beverages for service. We will provide a detailed shopping list tailored to your guest count and event style to remove the guesswork and ensure you purchase the right amount. We handle mixers, garnishes, ice, non-alcoholic beverages, and professional service execution.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and corporate events, we recommend securing your date as early as possible — particularly for peak seasons. A minimum of 8–12 weeks is recommended to ensure availability. Larger events and dates on popular weekends often book out 3–6 months ahead. Private event bookings generally require a minimum of 4–6 weeks.

What about cleanup?

Our team handles full bar breakdown and removal of our equipment. We ensure the bar area is cleared and returned to the condition required by your venue.
